With the rapid development of work technology, emerce in the economic field will play an increasingly important role. Inter shopping bees a new industry, more and more people began to accept in shopping work. A new type of bookstore, online bookstore, emerges. The online bookstore is a great stack, and it can acmodate unlimited books, users can choose books what they are like in everywhere and any times. This article analyzed the system’s functional requirements based on background of emerce and problems of development and design, this article also introduce specification of the system. This system is based on B/S exchange platform for online bookstores, and main function modules are user login module, shopping cart processing module, product search, order processing module modify user data, message board based on several major modules. Provide with merchandise management, customer information management, order management and other functions for administrators. The system development environment is: Myeclipse+MySQL+Tomcat. The system has basically pleted the system requirements. Designed dynamic pages using the JSP technology, Struts for the controller design, the Hibernate data model.
