計(jì)能大大提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率、降低勞動(dòng)者的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、提高農(nóng)民朋友的總體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等。丘陵地貌大多是地塊較小,地形不平整,山地地貌更是崎嶇不平,甚至有些地方根本無(wú)法進(jìn)行農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn),這與平原相比較難實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)械化作業(yè),尤其是大型機(jī)械裝備的普及與應(yīng)用。因此,隨之而來(lái)的收獲機(jī)械也被研制出來(lái),并在一定地域范圍內(nèi)投入農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)。 Excavate。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 彈性鏟;輸送鏈; 挖掘 ; 振動(dòng)分離 II Design of Potato Harvester of Conformed Hill Abstract The design through the present situation and characteristics of the potato harvester at home and abroad, a new potato harvester, which uses a resilient shovel , linksstyle transport and eccentric vibration isolation, was designed. This harvester is the best efficiency of gains and the agronomic requirements is improved in this paper, To design the overall structure and calculate the main parameters, we analysis the harvester on the powertrain process, design and calculate transmission system detailedly, At the same time, the eccentric vibration isolation devices and mining spade are designed for improving the characteristic of the harvester. The cooperation of the ponents is aslo analysised to enhance the quality of the harvesting. This mechinery is overall reasonable layout, highefficiency gains, and suitable for harvesting the potato which grows in a variety of soil conditions.
