【正文】 位，使其平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行，并通過(guò) MATLAB 仿真，證明所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)可以很好的克服系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)外擾動(dòng)，實(shí)現(xiàn)汽包鍋爐水位控制的要求。兩調(diào)節(jié)器任務(wù)分工 明確，整定相對(duì)容易，而且不要求穩(wěn)態(tài)時(shí)給水流量信號(hào)與蒸汽流量信號(hào)完全相等，易于得到較好的調(diào)節(jié)品質(zhì)，因此現(xiàn)場(chǎng)多采用此控制方式。 目前工業(yè) 汽包鍋爐的給水調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)有三種基本結(jié)構(gòu)：?jiǎn)螞_量調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、單級(jí)三沖量調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)、串級(jí)三沖量調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。只有保證汽包水位的波動(dòng)在允許范圍內(nèi)，才能實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)組安全經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行。 其中，汽包鍋爐給水及水位的調(diào)節(jié)已經(jīng)完全采用自動(dòng)的方式加以控制，在不需要操作人 員干預(yù)的情況下，可以很好的完成生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的給水及水位控制，大大提高了生產(chǎn)效率。boiler feed water。results show,PID technology,fast response,high accuracy,while false water level has good control effect.
