鍛件超聲檢測畢業(yè)設(shè)計-展示頁

【正文】 試驗的一些結(jié)果并申請了材料中缺陷檢測的專利,根據(jù)試驗原理制成了第一種穿透法檢測儀器。由前蘇聯(lián)的一位學(xué)者提出。 工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中常用的無損檢測方法有射線檢驗(RT)、超聲檢測 (UT)、磁粉檢測 (MT)和液體滲透檢測 (PT)、渦流檢測( ET) 五 種。所以提高大鍛件的質(zhì)量對保證其運行過程中的安全性和可靠性具有十分重要的意義 基于以上原因,本文重點說明了鍛件缺陷的成因及鍛件中常見缺陷的超聲波檢測方法,并選用 JB/T84671996 標準進行缺陷評定和質(zhì)量分級,從而對鍛件缺陷進行有效的安全評定。而目前常規(guī)的破壞性實驗已不能滿足大型鍛件的經(jīng)濟性和全面性要求 ,故研究無損檢測并將其應(yīng)用于大型鍛件上具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。一旦工件存在嚴重影響其使用性能或安全性能的缺陷 ,或在生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生疲勞破損而未被及時檢出 ,將產(chǎn)生一系列嚴重后果 ,輕則會導(dǎo)致系統(tǒng)功能失效 ,重則會危及人身安全 ,造成重大經(jīng)濟損失。在實際工程應(yīng)用中 ,由于工作環(huán)境惡劣 ,大型鍛件常需承受復(fù)雜的應(yīng)力、沖擊振動和重負載荷。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 鍛件 超聲波探傷 試塊 缺陷 工藝卡 Abstract: This paper describes the ultrasonic testing technology development and the present situation, the discussion in the fing forming defects during the species, in the ultrasonic testing of physical basis detailed introduces the ultrasonic flaw detection technology and its application in fing nondestructive flaw detection and evaluation level and the matters needing attention.
