20 12 年 6 月 長沙學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 ) I 摘 要 ZCY141B 軸向柱塞泵是液壓系統(tǒng)中的動力元件,軸向柱塞泵是靠柱塞在(柱塞腔)缸體內(nèi)的往復(fù)運動,改變柱塞腔內(nèi)容積實現(xiàn)吸油和排油的,是容積式液壓泵。本文首先通過給定的設(shè)計參數(shù),得出了柱塞的直徑和回程盤上的分布圓半徑,利用柱塞的尺寸以及受力和經(jīng)驗公式可以得出滑靴的 基本尺寸。利用軸的尺寸來計算出缸體的內(nèi)徑,再根據(jù)柱塞的分布以及缸體的壁厚算出缸體的外徑,根據(jù)柱塞的行程來算出缸體的長度,然后再校核強度。 關(guān)鍵詞: 軸向柱塞泵,配流盤,缸體,變量機構(gòu) 長沙學(xué)院 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 ) II ABSTRACT ZCY141B axial piston pump in the hydraulic system, power ponents, axial piston pump is to rely on the plunger (piston chamber) cylinder reciprocating motion, and change the plunger cavity volume suction and discharge of oil,is a positive displacement hydraulic pump.
