其相對(duì)標(biāo)高為 ,最大高差為 。其中 38樓前期已完成勘察工作。 勘察工作概況 通地對(duì)場(chǎng)地的踏勘,確定了孔位, 沿各建筑物的周邊線、角點(diǎn)和建筑場(chǎng)區(qū)的范圍 進(jìn)行布置,共計(jì)布置各類勘探點(diǎn) 130 計(jì)進(jìn)尺 2781 探點(diǎn)鉆孔間距沿建筑物的走向控制在不大于 。該工程場(chǎng)區(qū)地處商丘市梁園新區(qū)中心區(qū)域,交通便利,地理位置優(yōu)越。河 南理工大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 場(chǎng)地工程地質(zhì)條件 2 1 場(chǎng)地 工程地質(zhì)條件 工程概況 商丘華庭世家由商丘市樂都房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)有限公司負(fù)責(zé)開發(fā)籌建。由于它是破壞性檢測(cè),成本高,檢測(cè)周期長,因此被檢測(cè)的樁數(shù)目較少,難以滿足基礎(chǔ)工程的廣泛需要。 地質(zhì)條件的復(fù)雜性、巖土性質(zhì)的多變性和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工的局限性,致使樁承載力的設(shè)計(jì)值與樁的實(shí)際 承載 能力有時(shí)還有較大的差別,在施工時(shí)樁身中也會(huì)出現(xiàn)各種 缺陷 。同時(shí),隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,樁基的類型、施工工藝和設(shè)備、樁基理論和設(shè)計(jì)方法都有了很大的進(jìn)展。 揮深部土層的承載能力,同時(shí)它又具有施工簡便 的特點(diǎn),因此樁基不僅延續(xù)至今,而且結(jié)合現(xiàn)代的施工技術(shù)還獲得了進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展,成為當(dāng)前基礎(chǔ)工程中一種普遍采用的重要基礎(chǔ)形式。同時(shí)對(duì) 混凝土預(yù)制 樁的優(yōu)點(diǎn)、性能、樁基礎(chǔ)施工過程、注意事項(xiàng)也做了論述。在對(duì)天然地基的評(píng)價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了成樁分析。 樁基技術(shù)極為復(fù)雜,發(fā)展空間相當(dāng)廣闊,成為地基基礎(chǔ)領(lǐng)域中一個(gè)非?;钴S的、具有很強(qiáng)生命力 分支領(lǐng)域,50 年來出現(xiàn)了許多新的樁型、新的工藝、新的設(shè)計(jì)理論和新的科技成果,成為我國工程建設(shè)的有力支柱。 I 摘 要 隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,樓層的發(fā)展越來越高,對(duì)基礎(chǔ)的發(fā)展要求也越來越高,特別是樁基礎(chǔ)的應(yīng)用越來越高。本文以 河南 商丘華庭世家 的地下 部分進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)工程設(shè)計(jì)。 本文首先根據(jù)工程地質(zhì)條件、巖土力學(xué)指標(biāo)建議值 和上部結(jié)構(gòu)形式及上部結(jié)構(gòu)重量,選取了樁基礎(chǔ)形式 —— 混凝土預(yù)制 樁。根據(jù) 混凝土 預(yù)制 樁 的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),結(jié)合場(chǎng)地地層條件,初步選取樁徑,試算出樁長,并進(jìn)行樁的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算:單樁承載力和樁的沉降計(jì)算,最后從抗剪、沖切和抗彎等三方面對(duì)承臺(tái)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)驗(yàn)算。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 樁基礎(chǔ)、 混凝土預(yù)制樁 、樁基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)、樁基施工 II Abstract With the development of Chinese economy, the height of the building is higher and higher, and the requirements of the bottom’s development are also stricter, especially on the application of pile foundation. In this paper, huatingshijia International Plaza of shangqiu, which first office building’s underground parts, as the subject to carry out a based engineering design. Foundational technology is extremely plicated and the space of development is wider, became a very active and powerful branch area on the foundational field. In the past 50 years many new types of piles, new technologies, new design theories and new technology results, have bee a strong pillar of the construction. In the thesis, according to geological conditions, rock mechanics and the upper structure and weight of the proposed form, in which a pile foundational forms – precast concrete pile. An analysis of the pile is practiced. According to the advantages and disadvantages of precast concrete pile, with the stratum conditions of ground, through which to select the pile diameter and try to work out a length of the pile, then do the designable calculation for the piles: single pile’s bearing capacity and the calculation of pile’s sedimentation. Finally, the thesis makes an engineer checking putation from resisting cut, punch and bend. Meantime, it makes a discussion on the advantages, capability, basic construction process and notice proceeding of precast concrete pile.
