農(nóng)業(yè) 是國家的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),水資源作為農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的 重要 制約因素 。十八屆 三中全會以來提出的農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展理念逐步 深入 ,更好的發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)智能控制的現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)模式成為必然。上位機(jī)通過
