【正文】 、無(wú)人化的方向發(fā)展。 目前,國(guó)外現(xiàn)代化冷庫(kù)的內(nèi)部設(shè)施己經(jīng)發(fā)展到比較完備的程度,并形成了一定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn) [8]。美國(guó)、日本 等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的傳感器技術(shù)發(fā)展最快,我國(guó)由于基礎(chǔ)薄弱,傳感器技術(shù)與這些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比有較大的差距。世界許多發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家都在加快對(duì)傳感器新技術(shù)的研究與開(kāi)發(fā),并且都已取得極大的突破。傳感器技 術(shù)是現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的重要支柱之一 (現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的三大支柱:傳感器技術(shù)、通訊技術(shù)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù) ),是國(guó)際上發(fā)展最快的高新技術(shù)與產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的發(fā)展是相輔相成。用到冷庫(kù)的場(chǎng)所越來(lái)越多,冷庫(kù)的作用越來(lái)越大如果不能及時(shí)了解冷庫(kù)的環(huán)境溫度信息,將會(huì)造成損失,因此冷庫(kù)溫度監(jiān)測(cè)預(yù)警顯得尤為重要。 隨著 單片機(jī) 技術(shù)的發(fā)展和普及,數(shù)據(jù)采集技術(shù)已在通信、智能儀器、地質(zhì)勘探、工業(yè)自動(dòng)控制等領(lǐng)域廣泛應(yīng)用 , 冷庫(kù)是用人工制冷的方法讓固定的空間達(dá)到規(guī)定的溫度便于貯藏物品的建筑物。隨著微型計(jì)算機(jī)和傳感器技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,自動(dòng)檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)生了巨大變化, 冷庫(kù) 的溫度自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)控制方面的研究有了明顯的進(jìn)展。 關(guān)鍵詞: 冷庫(kù)報(bào)警;溫度采集; DS18B20; AT89C52 The Design of coldstorage temperature monitoring and early warning system Abstract Cold Storage is a lowtemperature storage of goods under the conditions of buildings, it can be widely used in food factories, dairy, fruit and vegetable storage, eggs warehouses, it is also the infrastructure of cold storage industry ?s development , it is a very broad application prospects. Cold storage is an artificial environment, it can be able to construct a suitable is particularly important. a plete automatic control systems usually needs to monitor the temperature, humidity and oxygen density and so on. This paper selects the temperature as the most basic factor, and construct a lowcost and simple temperature monitoring system for the vast rural areas. In this paper, we use the chip technology to design temperature monitoring and warning system. First, the paper briefly introduces the AT89C52, DS18B20, LED and other hardware devices, and describe the working principle and function of the circuit. SCM AT89C52 is controlled by digital temperature sensor , it detect ambient temperature DS18B20 plete realtime perception, and it drive realtime displays of digital temperature control to the temperature exceeds set minimum or maximum temperature, the alarm buzzer system is simple and practical , it can be applied to a variety of extended cold storage and greenhouse monitoring , control alarm system with a good prospect.
