【正文】 mage proceccing of puter,we can easily implement signal analysis,data processing,store and graphicalized strategy that bined with VI(Vitual Instrument) is the developing direction of the generation of ATS (Automatic Test System). In the thesis,we study and analyze the system structure of VI,and study the ATS based on virtual instrument which has PCDAQ in its system meet the request of system,we design and implement the analog data acquisition board the digital data acquisition on that we write respective driver program and application great extend we make the software and hardware transplantable and enhance the expandability of the system. The thesis describles the ATS based on VI in detail and verifies its function by its application in armored car ATS system.
