At present, our country has evaluated the listed hightech enterprises, which is still mainly the financial appraisal, but its existing questions are quite obvious. Therefore, introducing the nonfinancial index system, which is the technological innovation capability appraisal system manifesting its development potential, appears to be essential extremely. Based on above consideration, this article chooses “the Evaluation on Technological Innovation Capability of our Country’s Listed HighTech Enterprises” to do the research.The content of this article divides into five major parts. The first part is introduction. The second part is the basic theory of the thesis.
