【正文】 時(shí)期。全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的重點(diǎn)在農(nóng)業(yè)，難點(diǎn)在農(nóng)村。本文在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展情況的基礎(chǔ)上，提出目前我國(guó)設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中的對(duì)策建議。我國(guó)設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展對(duì)策分析李樹(shù)庭（西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué) 園藝學(xué)院 陜西 楊凌 712100）摘 要：設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)是衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化程度的一個(gè)重要標(biāo)志之一。設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)就是利用人工建造的設(shè)施，為種植業(yè)、養(yǎng)殖業(yè)及其產(chǎn)品的貯藏保鮮等提供最佳的環(huán)境條件，以期將農(nóng)業(yè)生物的遺傳潛力變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)的巨大生產(chǎn)力，獲得速生、高產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、高效的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品。關(guān)鍵詞 工廠化農(nóng)業(yè) 設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè) 對(duì)策Abstract：Agricultural facilities to measure a country agricultural modernization is one of the important mark of degree. Based on the analysis of facilities agriculture development at home and abroad at present in our country is proposed, based on the development of facilities agriculture countermeasures and Suggestions.Key words：Factory farming Agricultural facilities countermeasures引言 進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)，我國(guó)開(kāi)始實(shí)施社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)第三步戰(zhàn)略部署，進(jìn)入全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、加快推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化的新的發(fā)展階段。為此，黨的十六大提出“統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展，建設(shè)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)，發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)，增加農(nóng)民收入，是全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的重大任務(wù)”?！ ‰S著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的發(fā)展，以生物技術(shù)、信息技術(shù)為代表的高新技術(shù)正在促使世界農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)生巨大變化，并成為支撐各國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的基石和提高農(nóng)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵。在這一過(guò)程中，設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)必將發(fā)揮重要作用。設(shè)施農(nóng)業(yè)是知識(shí)與
