所謂電力電子技術(shù),就是利用半導(dǎo)體功率開關(guān)器件、電子技術(shù)和控制技術(shù),對(duì)電氣設(shè)備的電功 率進(jìn)行變換和控制的一門技術(shù)。 數(shù)字化的測試電源最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié) 、 自動(dòng)檢測 、 自動(dòng)診斷和自 動(dòng)保護(hù)等功能 , 基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了智能控制的要求。 文中介紹 SA4828的原理及其應(yīng)用在逆變器中的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)方法 。 在調(diào)制方法上采用流行的脈寬調(diào)制 SPWM, 為了改善設(shè)備的性能 , 提高設(shè)備的效率 , 采用了先進(jìn)的數(shù)字化控制脈寬調(diào)制芯片 SA4828代替原來 的模擬控制脈寬調(diào)制芯片 HFT4752, SA4828是 Mite公司生產(chǎn)三相 SPWM波形產(chǎn)生器 , 它可提 供 高質(zhì)量 , 全數(shù)字的三相脈寬調(diào)制波形 , 同時(shí)為了提高驅(qū)動(dòng)與保護(hù)的快速 性 與準(zhǔn)確性 , 采取了高性能的驅(qū)動(dòng)保護(hù)芯片 。智能化控制是目前國內(nèi)外的一個(gè)研究熱點(diǎn) , 本設(shè)計(jì)中控制核心采用性價(jià)比高的 C51系列單片機(jī) 。 IGBT三相逆變電源設(shè)計(jì) I 摘要 本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種以微處理器 89C51 為核心 , SPWM 控制器 SA4828 為主體的數(shù)字逆變測試電源 系統(tǒng)。 該電源采用全數(shù)字 化 控制 , 結(jié)構(gòu)簡單 , 控制靈活 , 為測試電源產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)給出了一種全新的設(shè)計(jì)方法。 采用高速度 ,高性能的微處理器進(jìn)行處理存儲(chǔ)和比較 , 實(shí)現(xiàn)一些高效率的控制方法 , 同時(shí)實(shí)施迅速有效的保護(hù)功能 。 在供電電路上采用JS158,滿 足專為設(shè)計(jì)逆變裝置而又使用 IPM的嵌入式系統(tǒng)級(jí)開關(guān)電源 。 結(jié)果表明 , 采用了本文設(shè)計(jì)的數(shù)字化控制的逆變測試電源可以獲得穩(wěn) 定 的電壓輸出 , 符合一臺(tái)測試電源的設(shè)計(jì)要求 。 關(guān)鍵詞:正弦脈寬調(diào)制 (SPWM), SA4828,逆變, IGBT, 89C51 IGBT三相逆變電源設(shè)計(jì) II Abstract We design a microprocessor 89C51 as the core, SPWM controller SA4828 as the main body of the digital inverter test power source the power supply adopts the full digital control, the structure is simple,Flexible control for testing the development of power supply products. In the power supply circuit adopts JS158, is enough for design and using IPM inverter device embedded system level switch power supply in this paper, the principle and application of SA4828 soft in the inverter. Hardware design method, the results show that the adopted in this paper, the design of digital control inverter test power source can obtain steady feet, voltage output, can meet the demands of a set of test power supply a meter digital test power finally realizes the automatic adjustment, automatic detection, automatic diagnosis and automatic protection function, basically achieved the requirement of intelligent control.
