【正文】 度變送器輸出420MA電流信號(hào)，通過(guò)數(shù)字式電壓表上顯示的數(shù)值，即可以熟悉溫度變化的過(guò)程。PLC的模擬量輸入模塊反饋的爐溫實(shí)際值與給定值的偏差進(jìn)行PID運(yùn)算，運(yùn)算結(jié)果輸出控制電阻爐平均功率的大小，來(lái)達(dá)到控制爐溫的目的。電阻爐通常采用模擬儀表測(cè)量溫度，并通過(guò)控制交流接觸器的通斷時(shí)間比例來(lái)控制加熱功率，由于模擬儀表本身的測(cè)量精度差，加上交流接觸器的壽命短，通斷比例低，故控制精度低。維持電阻爐某一范圍的溫度恒定是必須要解決的問(wèn)題。PLC可靠性高、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、編程簡(jiǎn)單，易于被工程人員掌握和使用，目前在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域上被廣泛應(yīng)用。關(guān)鍵詞：西門(mén)子S7300PLC，PID，溫度傳感器，固態(tài)繼電器AbstractTemperature measurement and control of human daily life, industrial production, weather forecast, material storage and so plays a very important role, in many occasions, timely and accurate access to the target temperature, constant temperature control is very important. .The application of this aspect is based on SCM which is making the PID control, yet the hardware and software design of DDC system controlled by SCM is somewhat plicated , it’s not an advantage especially related to logic control, however it is accepted as the best choice when mentioned to PLC. This paper studied and designed a set of electric furnace temperature control system, the system is based on PLC ( S7300), with F58 function block, solid state relay, temperature sensors and other ponents of the hardware.
