093138畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))題目基于集成電路的直流穩(wěn)壓電源設(shè)計(jì)與制作自六年代起,第一臺(tái)開關(guān)電源問世以來,開關(guān)電源在世界各國(guó)迅速發(fā)展,直流穩(wěn)壓電源也順十勢(shì)而生,但在初期價(jià)格較高,直到八十年代,隨著元件工藝的成熟,直流穩(wěn)壓電源的價(jià)格也日益下降,應(yīng)用也變的日益廣泛。以美國(guó)為首的幾個(gè)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在這方面的研究已經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)向高頻下電源的拓?fù)淅碚摗⒐ぷ髟?、建模分析方法和高頻大功率開關(guān)器件,高性能集成控制器和功率模塊的開發(fā)研制方面發(fā)展。任何電子設(shè)備都離不開可靠的電源,它們對(duì)電源的要求也越來越高。到21世紀(jì)小型電子設(shè)備的發(fā)展更加迅速和更加普及,但是現(xiàn)在很多的小型電子設(shè)備都是依靠電池來供電的,所以開發(fā)一種新型的開關(guān)電源應(yīng)用于小型電子設(shè)備中就顯得非常重要了!通過本論文課題的研究,預(yù)計(jì)達(dá)到: 電源基本功能正常實(shí)現(xiàn),能夠供電。請(qǐng)指導(dǎo)老師指導(dǎo)論文,上交畢業(yè)論文和準(zhǔn)備論文答辯。本人認(rèn)為該同學(xué)能夠按時(shí)按質(zhì)的完成該項(xiàng)目的研究。文章目前仍存在的主要問題:學(xué)生沒有完全深入和消化所查找的資料,論據(jù)不夠充分有力。變壓器把市電交流電壓變?yōu)樗枰牡蛪航涣麟姟=?jīng)濾波后,穩(wěn)壓器再把不穩(wěn)定的直流電壓變?yōu)榉€(wěn)定的直流電壓輸出。關(guān)鍵字:直流、穩(wěn)壓、變壓AbstractThe direct current is steady to press the power supply general from power transformer, mutate the an electric circuit and steady ,press the electric circuit the lowpressure alternate current that electric voltage need when changing into in exchanges in electricity in the machine change into the direct current to the alternate the an empress, it is steady to press the machine change into the stable direct current electric voltage exportation to the unsteady direct current electric voltage again.
