This test plan is according to the preprocessing, coloring and posttreatment . Test content mainly analyzes the impacts of pretreatment in each process on coloring effect.The results prove that : Pretreatment of alkaline cleaning time on determination is to the experiment formula, brass generally clean about ten seconds. If alkaline washinging time is short, Brass can39。堿洗。著色后用XRD,SEM等對其進行檢測,發(fā)現(xiàn)表面形貌比較均勻統(tǒng)一。配方二,配方三采用10%的硝酸分別酸洗5分鐘和3分鐘。此外,酸的濃度要合適,要能夠把銅上的氧化物除盡。堿洗時間短,除油不盡。研究結(jié)果表明:預處理中堿洗時間的判定很重要。預處理后進行著色及后處理。本次畢業(yè)設計的課題是銅表面拋光、著色技術研究。安徽工程大學機電學院畢業(yè)設計(論文)銅表面拋光、著色技術研究 摘 要銅及其合金具有優(yōu)異的機械加工性能而廣泛地應用于各種工業(yè)。為了提高銅及銅合金的抗蝕性及裝飾性能, 進行表面著色處理是非常有效的處理方法。著色預處理過程主要包括銅表面打磨,機械拋光,堿洗工序和酸洗工序等方面。本次試驗的方案是按照預處理,著色及后處理的工藝流程來試驗的,試驗內(nèi)容是重點分析預處理各工序?qū)χЧ挠绊?。根?jù)本實驗的配方,黃銅一般清洗十秒鐘左右即可。時間過長,黃銅失光。本實驗配方一采用10%的硫酸溶液浸漬3分鐘。實驗證明這三種配方效果較好。關鍵詞:黃銅。酸洗。t pletely remove oil. After staining, the XRD and SEM for inspecting found the surface morphology of brass is uniform.Key words: brass。acid washing 。3 000 年前(即青銅器時代),我們的祖先已將青銅器用烈火燒烤,讓其表面氧化成綠褐色的保護層,使青銅器表面層晶體略有變化,達到長期保存而不生銹、又改變青銅器色澤的目的。其他色澤的生成與投入著色液中的鹽類有關,但基本原理相似。銅的化合物很多,其中黑色化合物有硫化亞銅、硫化銅、氧化銅及硫氧化銅;呈藍色的化合物有氫氧化銅、碳酸銅及堿式碳酸銅;呈紅色的化合物有亞鐵氰化銅、氧化亞銅等。建筑、裝潢及美術工藝品上著色,基本色澤有古銅色、古綠色、褐色、黑色等。硫化法和氧化法無需直流電源等設施,故比較方便,成本又低,很受用戶青睞。 47 第1章 緒論 各種
