【正文】 and principle of research results of laboratory.Firstly ,determine the basic parameters of the transplanter based on the mechanism analysis of the ported—seedling transplanting mechanism and the requirement of design.Then definite the important structure parameters quickly and accurately, such as the transmission ratio,phase separation ofejector rob and time of ejection by establishing a mathematical model program.2.Establish the mathematical model of the core ponents一一the lever edit action mechanism according to abovementioned parameters of vegetables transplanter ,carry on the mechanism of kinematics and dynamic analysis and on base of MATLAB software to select the best parameter of the six groups of the lever ejection mechanism and related institutions.Model the transplanting mechanism based on its parameters by UG software.Then carry on the simulation analysis based on ADAMS software and determine whether the result is correct.3.Design the key ponents of vegetables transplanter based on CAD technology and UG software,including opening ditch device,furrow coveting device,platen device,fertilization device and transmission system.In the transmission system,in order to determine be width between centers quickly and solve pin shaft of virtual positioning and chain of virtual assembly problem,Cal Ty on parametric studies of chain based On UG software.4.Add Vb.net program custom to menu item of transplanting mechanism in CAD software SO as to achieve series design of the vegetables transplanting mechanism quickly and adapt to different vegetables requirements.Users Can input parameters onthe custom menu according to different agronomic requirements of vegetables,obtain the needed mechanism model by the digital deformation design ,And carry on the simulation analysis of the deformation model based on ADAMS software,determine whether the deformation model is correct.Acplished the assembly list update through the secondary development of UG software as well as improving the design efficiency ,reducing duplication of labor.5.Manufacture and Process the vegetables transplanting mechanism.Decide whether the mechanism meet the design requirements based on mechanism performance test of experimental platform and high—speed camera.Keywords:Vegetables transplanter Transplanting mechanism Computeraided design Digital design第一章緒論1.1前言我國是一個農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)在整個國民經(jīng)濟總量中占據(jù)著重要的地位。4.為了實現(xiàn)對蔬菜移栽機的移栽裝置零部件的系列化設計,以適應不同蔬菜移栽的農(nóng)藝要求,對移栽機構進行數(shù)字化研究;用戶可根據(jù)不同蔬菜的農(nóng)藝要求,輸入有關參數(shù)即可實現(xiàn)移栽機構的數(shù)字化變形設計;并對變形模型應用ADAMS軟件進行仿真分析,驗證變形模型是否正確;為提高設計效率,減少重復勞動,通過對UG二次開發(fā)實現(xiàn)了裝配圖明細表的同步更新。3.在蔬菜移栽機構研究的基礎上,根據(jù)農(nóng)藝要求,為了完成開溝、移栽、施肥和覆土等工序,基于CAD技術對蔬菜缽苗移栽機關鍵部件進行計算機輔助設計,包括開溝覆土裝置、壓秧盤裝置、施肥裝置和傳動系統(tǒng)。本文主要的研究內(nèi)容如下:1.研究國內(nèi)外各種蔬菜移栽機的結(jié)構及原理和實驗室已有的研究成果,從蔬菜缽苗移栽機移栽機構的機理分析入手,首先根據(jù)設計要求確定蔬菜移栽機整機的基本參數(shù),然后根據(jù)整機結(jié)構,通過建立數(shù)學模型,應用MATLAB編寫程序快速準確的確定傳動比、頂桿相位差和頂出時間等機構重要參數(shù)。該機的特點有:結(jié)構簡單,工作可靠;易保證株距的均勻性;能實現(xiàn)開溝、施肥、移栽和覆土等工序。因此設計一種新型的移栽機械已成為我國蔬菜種植業(yè)發(fā)展的迫切需求。但目前移栽過程采用人工移栽,勞動強度大、作業(yè)效率低,難以實現(xiàn)大面積栽植制約了生產(chǎn)規(guī)模,影響了生產(chǎn)效益,同時也限制了蔬菜生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展空間。科生畢業(yè)設計
