【正文】 摘要本文主要研究鞍鋼大型廠加熱爐燃燒控制系統(tǒng)。鞍鋼大型廠加熱爐為步進(jìn)式加熱爐,沿長(zhǎng)度方向分為預(yù)熱段、加熱段、均熱段三個(gè)加熱段。其中加熱爐各段溫度的優(yōu)化設(shè)定和自動(dòng)控制是主要控制目標(biāo)。采用了雙交叉限幅控制方式后提高了系統(tǒng)空燃比的穩(wěn)定性,增強(qiáng)了爐溫的控制效果,并且極大地減少了有害氣體的對(duì)外排放,達(dá)到節(jié)能和環(huán)保的目的。關(guān)鍵詞:加熱爐,雙交叉限幅,PLC控制器,溫度控制 The Application of Double CrossLimit in the Control System of Reheating FurnaceAbstractThe main research of this paper is about the An Shan Iron and Steel Company largescale factory reheating furnace bustion control system. The An Shan Iron and Steel Company Largescale Factory reheating furnace is the walking beam reheating furnace, divides into the preheating station, the heating zone, the even heating station along the length direction. According to the technological requirements, the reheating furnace examination and the control system are divided into the reheating furnace temperature control, the examination system, the bustion air, the bination gas pipeline pressure control, the examination system, the vaporization cooling control system and so on. Each section of temperature optimized hypothesis and the automatic control in the reheating furnace are the primary controlling goals. The system has used the doublecross limit control principle realization reheating furnace burning automatic control. The system put each section temperature as the adjustment signal,controlled gas regulating valve opening, and guaranteed corresponding gas the quantity which burning needed. At the same time, put gas flow as regulating signal, control opening degree of air regulating valve according to the best burning ratio. After applying doublecross limit control mode, it can reduce the emission of noxious gas. It can also achieve the energy conservation and the environmental protection goal. Besides, it can improve the stability of airfuel ratio and the effect of the furnace temperature controlling in the system.The system applies the Control Logix5000 series programmable controller position distributed control system in American AB Corporation to plete various crafts parameter examination and control and to monitor the puter and to collect the data. So the problem about the heating furnace bustion process is universal high, the billet temperature fluctuation is serious, the precision of temperature control and forth on are solved.Key words:Reheating furnace, double–cross limit, PLC, temperature control目 錄摘要 I1緒論 1 步進(jìn)式加熱爐簡(jiǎn)介和工藝特點(diǎn) 1 1 32加熱爐的控制系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì) 4 4 5 6 7 7 73加熱爐燃燒控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 8 8 8 9 11 114計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 13 13 14 14 15 16 20 20 21 22 23結(jié)論 26致謝 27參考文獻(xiàn) 28附錄A(軟件程序) 291緒論 步進(jìn)式加熱爐簡(jiǎn)介和工藝特點(diǎn)加熱爐是軋鋼生產(chǎn)中的重要設(shè)備。目前,軋鋼生產(chǎn)中的加熱爐主要為步進(jìn)式加熱爐和推鋼式加熱爐兩種。步進(jìn)式加熱爐有推鋼式加熱爐無(wú)法比擬的優(yōu)點(diǎn):不拱鋼,不粘鋼,氧化燒損小,脫碳少,加熱時(shí)間短,加熱操作靈活,易于和軋制節(jié)奏相匹配,加熱過(guò)程中不劃傷,爐子長(zhǎng)度不受限制等,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制。步進(jìn)式爐在提高坯料加熱質(zhì)量,減少溫度差方面采取了有效措施:(1)下加熱段由初期的側(cè)面供熱改成端部供熱;(2)均熱段和加熱段縱向支承梁在爐寬方向錯(cuò)開(kāi)一段距離以減少水管黑?。唬?)增大縱向支承梁上墊塊(或騎卡件)高度以減少水管對(duì)坯料的遮蔽作用,減少墊塊寬度以減少水管對(duì)坯料的冷卻作用,從而減少水管黑印,金屬陶瓷塊已開(kāi)始作用;(4)步進(jìn)梁對(duì)坯料實(shí)現(xiàn)輕抬輕放;(5)細(xì)長(zhǎng)的方坯出料時(shí),配置帶45挑桿的托出機(jī),在激光裝置監(jiān)視下將方坯托到懸臂輥上[1]。目前,計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的各鋼鐵企業(yè)得到了非常廣泛的應(yīng)用,并且,作為鋼鐵工業(yè)強(qiáng)國(guó)的日本、美國(guó)等國(guó)家已有了將專家系統(tǒng)和模糊控制應(yīng)用于鋼廠加熱爐燃燒控制和爐溫控制的報(bào)道。目前,制約國(guó)內(nèi)加熱爐控制技術(shù)發(fā)展的因素主要有以下幾方面[3]:(1)國(guó)內(nèi)大部分鋼鐵企業(yè)的加熱爐計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)基本上都是引進(jìn)國(guó)外的成套設(shè)鋼 廠 采用的溫度控制技術(shù)及應(yīng)用情況Essar鋼廠 開(kāi)發(fā)了加熱爐溫度控制模型RTC系統(tǒng),可在線模擬鋼坯升溫與降溫過(guò)程,完成加熱爐與軋機(jī)的節(jié)奏匹配、鋼坯加熱過(guò)程優(yōu)化、各加熱區(qū)溫度設(shè)定點(diǎn)計(jì)算及制定待軋策略等功能。新西蘭Hoogovens鋼廠 采用熱傳導(dǎo)微分方程進(jìn)行鋼溫預(yù)報(bào)、爐溫優(yōu)化控制、空燃比控制、推鋼速率控制和直接燃燒控制。美國(guó)Yamatake Honeywell公司 步進(jìn)輻射式加熱爐全自動(dòng)燃燒控制系統(tǒng)具有過(guò)程溫度控制作業(yè)順序管理、鋼坯跟蹤及生產(chǎn)管理功能。萊蕪特鋼廠 以NEUROSHELL神經(jīng)元網(wǎng)絡(luò)為基本開(kāi)展平臺(tái),采用BP網(wǎng)絡(luò)中帶阻尼反饋的recurrent網(wǎng)絡(luò)的尋優(yōu)功能尋找最佳空燃比。10℃上海寶鋼1580熱扎廠 整個(gè)鋼坯加熱過(guò)程實(shí)現(xiàn)了數(shù)學(xué)模型網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制,根據(jù)粗軋出口帶鋼要求的目標(biāo)溫度,采用爐溫 或流量設(shè)定方法,對(duì)板坯溫度周
