Based on the USB Camera Image Acquisition and Control System can be divided into image acquisition, image save and create EXE file there parts. First, this paper discusses the development of virtual instrument, characteristic and research status, detailed introduces the virtual instrument and its representative LabVIEW software. And points out the USB webcam related knowledge and its advantages and disadvantages, based on this research the visual and movement module and the corresponding structure, design the LabVIEW applications written method and step, finally achieve the expected design effect, this design also created EXE file.
