【正文】 司戰(zhàn)略與現(xiàn)金流管理基本理論，然后在此基礎(chǔ)上分析公司戰(zhàn)略與現(xiàn)金流管理的關(guān)系，接著引用海信運(yùn)用現(xiàn)金流管理模式公司戰(zhàn)略的成功案例，最后總結(jié)出運(yùn)用現(xiàn)金流管理改善公司戰(zhàn)略的方法和建議。這有助于豐富現(xiàn)金流管理的研究領(lǐng)域。這對(duì)于企業(yè)深化現(xiàn)金流管理，提高資金利用率，防范潛在的財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)都有重大意義。因此，本文從現(xiàn)金管理的角度人手，對(duì)公司的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略展開(kāi)探討，以便深刻揭示現(xiàn)金流管理在企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理中的核心地位，并力圖提出一些新構(gòu)想。但不可否認(rèn)的是，部分企業(yè)對(duì)現(xiàn)金流管理問(wèn)題存在認(rèn)識(shí)上的偏差，一些企業(yè)在利潤(rùn)導(dǎo)向的影響之下，甚至忽視現(xiàn)金流管理的重要作用?，F(xiàn)金流問(wèn)題作為財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施最為核心的一環(huán)，受到業(yè)界的高度重視。企業(yè)作為微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的主體，其財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略也隨之發(fā)生變動(dòng)。 Third, to hisense group as an example, this paper analyzed based on cash flow hisense group of financial strategy selection and implementation effect。s financial strategy, characteristics and types, analysis pany financial strategy and cash flow management relationship。本文首先介紹了公司財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的概念、特點(diǎn)與類(lèi)型，分析了公司財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略與現(xiàn)金流管理之間的關(guān)系；其次，闡述了以現(xiàn)金流為基礎(chǔ)的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略選擇的必要性；第三，以海信集團(tuán)為例，分析了海信集團(tuán)基于現(xiàn)金流的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的選擇與實(shí)施效果；最后，總結(jié)出運(yùn)用現(xiàn)金流管理改善公司戰(zhàn)略的方法和建議。深化企業(yè)現(xiàn)金流管理，改善企業(yè)現(xiàn)金流狀況，在我國(guó)顯得尤為迫切。事實(shí)證明，決定企業(yè)興衰存亡的是現(xiàn)金流，現(xiàn)金流管理是企業(yè)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造的根本，也是企業(yè)進(jìn)行融資決策、投資決策以及公司價(jià)值評(píng)估的基本依據(jù)。 公司財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略與現(xiàn)金流管理問(wèn)題探討摘要隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，現(xiàn)金流問(wèn)題越來(lái)越受到關(guān)注，并提出了現(xiàn)金至尊的觀點(diǎn)。現(xiàn)金流已成為財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理所研究的核心問(wèn)題。然而，我國(guó)企業(yè)界長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)對(duì)現(xiàn)金流問(wèn)題的認(rèn)識(shí)一直存在偏差，一些企業(yè)甚至忽視現(xiàn)金流管理的作用，現(xiàn)金流管理并未提高到財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的高度。因此，本文從現(xiàn)金管理的角度人手，對(duì)企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略展開(kāi)探討，并試圖提出一些新的構(gòu)想。關(guān)鍵詞：現(xiàn)金流，財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略，公司價(jià)值Discuss on pany financial strategy and cash flow management AbstractWith the development of economy, the cash flow problem more and more attention to, and puts forward the cash the supreme point of view. Cash flow has bee a financial strategy management research core question. Facts prove, decided to enterprise for thriving of cash flow and cash flow management is the enterprise value creation fundamental, also is the enterprise financing decision, investment decisions and the pany value assessment basic basis. However, the enterprises of China for a long time on cash flow the understanding of the problems there has always been a deviation, some enterprise even ignore cash flow management role, cash flow management did not lift to the height of the financial strategy. Deepening enterprise cash flow management, improve the enterprise cash flow situation, in our country is particularly urgent.
