論一、研究背景由于市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇和消費(fèi)者需求的多樣化,企業(yè)需要加強(qiáng)與供應(yīng)商、客戶等其它企業(yè)的合作以應(yīng)對(duì)外部環(huán)境的不斷變化。 (2) the social capital has positive effect on the performance while the cultural background we investigates the supply chain from the perspective of social capital, present the plete concept and analytical structure of it, prehend the relationship of supply chain in the requirement about management of supply chain bees higher and higher. In order to improve the petitiveness of supply chain, how the enterprises, main body of the supply chain, to deal with the partnership has bee the focus of academia and business munity. In recent years, people had enhanced their attention to the social capital, many scholars introduce the social capital to their research field, carrying on the research about the effect of social capital on different performance, but intensive and prehensive research about the supply chain social capital is not much, the empirical research is much less. Based on these, this paper introduces the concept of social capital to the supply chain。本文研究貢獻(xiàn)在于:(1)在中國(guó)文化背景下,從社會(huì)資本角度研究供應(yīng)鏈,提出供應(yīng)鏈社會(huì)資本的定義和分析維度,以資源的形式解讀供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)系,擴(kuò)展了社會(huì)資本的研究范疇;(2)使用內(nèi)地企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),利用實(shí)證方法證明了社會(huì)資本不僅影響供應(yīng)鏈運(yùn)作,且能提高供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效,帶來(lái)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì);(3)結(jié)合研究結(jié)果,提出供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效提升的對(duì)策建議,為企業(yè)在“關(guān)系”維護(hù)和利用上提供理論支持。本文在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出供應(yīng)鏈社會(huì)資本分析維度,建立供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效測(cè)量指標(biāo),并收集數(shù)據(jù)以實(shí)證分析供應(yīng)鏈社會(huì)資本與績(jī)效之間的關(guān)系,探討如何利用供應(yīng)鏈社會(huì)資本來(lái)提升供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效。第四章應(yīng)用因子分析、路徑分析等方法定量分析供應(yīng)鏈社會(huì)資本和供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效的關(guān)系,驗(yàn)證研究假設(shè)并探討研究結(jié)果。第二章分析供應(yīng)鏈社會(huì)資本對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效作用機(jī)制,提出研究假設(shè)?;诖耍疚脑诠?yīng)鏈管理中引入社會(huì)資本概念,研究供應(yīng)鏈社會(huì)資本理論,探討供應(yīng)鏈社會(huì)資本對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效的影響機(jī)理,并從社會(huì)資本的角度提出供應(yīng)鏈績(jī)效提升的對(duì)策建議。(保密論文在解密后遵守此規(guī)定)論文作者(簽名): 年 月
