式儀器裝備煤礦礦井,并相應(yīng)地引進(jìn)了部分監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、傳感器和敏感元件制造技,由此推動(dòng)了我國礦井安全監(jiān)測監(jiān)控技術(shù)的發(fā)展。20 世紀(jì) 70 年代瓦斯斷電儀問世,裝備在采掘工作面、回風(fēng)港道等井下固定地點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)瓦斯的自動(dòng)連續(xù)檢測及超限自動(dòng)切斷被控制設(shè)備的電源。從新中國成立初期到 20 世紀(jì) 70 年代,煤礦下井人員主要使用光學(xué)瓦斯檢定儀、風(fēng)表等攜帶式儀器檢測井下環(huán)境參數(shù)。瓦斯在空氣的體積分?jǐn)?shù)達(dá)到一定的程度(5%~12%)時(shí),在一定條件下可與空氣中的氧氣發(fā)生劇烈的化學(xué)反應(yīng)而形成瓦斯爆炸,對(duì)煤礦安全構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重威脅。煤礦瓦斯是指礦井中主要由煤層氣構(gòu)成的以甲烷為主的有害氣體的總稱。煤礦礦難事故屢屢發(fā)生,造成的原因有很多,其中不少是因?yàn)橥咚贡ㄒ鸬?。安全可靠,?jīng)久耐用,適合多種礦井瓦斯的監(jiān)控,可以大大降低煤礦事故的發(fā)生。瓦斯傳感器是用于檢測瓦斯?jié)舛鹊闹饕獌x器,本設(shè)計(jì)的瓦斯傳感器其基于的思想就是要開發(fā)精度高、可靠性強(qiáng)、同時(shí)易于控制并且要大大降低成本,因此對(duì)于礦井的未來發(fā)展具有重要意義。但是現(xiàn)有的一些瓦斯傳感器不僅價(jià)格昂貴而且結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,而且對(duì)于井下瓦斯?jié)舛鹊谋O(jiān)測和報(bào)警存在一定的局限性,安全系數(shù)不高。本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書基于單片機(jī)的瓦斯檢測儀的設(shè)計(jì)REVIVIFICATION OF GAS IN THE DESIGN OF IGNITIONCOIL 學(xué)院(部): 電氣與信息工程學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級(jí): 自動(dòng)化 066 學(xué)生姓名: 肖冰冰 指導(dǎo)老師: 姜媛媛 年 月 日安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)I基于單片機(jī)的瓦斯檢測儀的設(shè)計(jì)摘要隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,各行各業(yè)對(duì)煤炭的需求急劇增加,而各種礦難事故的發(fā)生,使得煤炭安全生產(chǎn)面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。在這些礦難中絕大部分是由于瓦斯爆炸所引起的,而瓦斯要達(dá)到爆炸極限的最重要條件是瓦斯?jié)舛瘸?,所以能?shí)時(shí)對(duì)瓦斯?jié)舛鹊谋O(jiān)控可以大量減少礦難。因此開發(fā)智能的瓦斯傳感器是現(xiàn)在煤礦行業(yè)的迫切需求。該瓦斯傳感器硬件部分以 AT87C552 單片機(jī)為核心,包括檢測電路、報(bào)警電路、顯示電路、電源電路和紅外遙控電路等,通過對(duì)該傳感器進(jìn)行軟件編程來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)瓦斯?jié)舛鹊臋z測、報(bào)警、顯示和控制。關(guān)鍵詞:瓦斯,AT87C552,變流瓦斯檢測 安徽理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)IIREVIVIFICATION OF GAS IN THE DESIGN OF IGNITIONCOILABSTRACTWith the rapid development of our economy, the demand for coal sector has increased, and all kinds of the ore difficult the accident, the coal production safety was confronted with grim challenges. in these mines in the explosion caused by gas and gas to the limit of the most important requirement is the gas saturation excesses, so can of gas immediately in the concentration of monitoring can be a substantial reduction in the ore difficult.
