Weak subsystems within each building will be integrated on a puter work platform to achieve information, resource and task sharing between subsystems. Integrated intelligent building management system is based on the sharing and management of the various subsystems of information resources, interoperability and rapid response and linkage control each subsystem in order to achieve the purpose of automated monitoring and control. This article is based on the district kingview residential buildings for surveillance, focusing on the building39。充分利用組態(tài)王軟件圖像編輯功能,構(gòu)造了各系統(tǒng)的監(jiān)控畫面,通過組態(tài)王的腳本程序開發(fā)各系統(tǒng)的圖形化界面,實現(xiàn)對樓宇設備的監(jiān)控,并以動畫的方式顯示樓宇設備的運行狀況,且具有趨勢曲線,數(shù)據(jù)報表畫面等。 智能樓宇綜合管理系統(tǒng)是以實現(xiàn)各子系統(tǒng)間的信息資源的共享與管理、各子系統(tǒng)的互操作和快速響應與聯(lián)動控制,以達到自動化監(jiān)視與控制的目的。 隨著計算機技術(shù)、信息技術(shù)和控制技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展和廣泛應用,智能控制技術(shù)取得了巨大的進展,智能樓宇綜合管理系統(tǒng)逐漸成為智能大廈的技術(shù)核心。 I 基于組態(tài)軟件的樓宇設備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設計 摘要 組態(tài)軟件是一種面向工業(yè)自動化的通用數(shù)據(jù)采集和監(jiān)控軟件,它是通過使用軟件工具對計算機及軟件的各種資源進行配置,達到讓計算機或軟件按照預先設置自動執(zhí)行特定任務、滿足用戶要求的目的。監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件是面向監(jiān)控與數(shù)據(jù)采集的軟件平臺工具,具有豐富的設置項目,使用靈活方便,功能強大。它將建筑物內(nèi)各弱電子系統(tǒng)集成在一個計算機網(wǎng)絡平臺上,從而實現(xiàn)子 系統(tǒng)間信息、資源和任務共享。 本文是基于組態(tài)王 對小區(qū)住宅樓宇設備進行監(jiān)控,重點研究了樓宇的通風空調(diào)系統(tǒng),變配電系統(tǒng),給排水系統(tǒng),照明系統(tǒng),電梯系統(tǒng)。達到對小區(qū)樓宇設 備進行統(tǒng)一監(jiān)控和管理的目的。s ventilation and air conditioning systems, power distribution systems, drainage systems, lighting systems, elevator systems.
