【正文】 段:定值開關(guān)控制;PID控制;智能控制。電阻爐被廣泛應(yīng)用在冶金、機(jī)械、石油化工、電力等工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,在很多生產(chǎn)過程中,溫度的測(cè)量和控制與生產(chǎn)安全、生產(chǎn)效率、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、能源節(jié)約等重大技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)緊緊相連。電阻爐的主要參數(shù)有額定電壓、額定功率、額定溫度、工作空間尺寸。它的特點(diǎn):①電路簡(jiǎn)單; ②對(duì)爐料種類的限制少;(小型電阻爐可以加熱食品、干燥木材等);③爐溫控制精度高;④容易實(shí)現(xiàn)在真空或控制氣氛中加熱等特點(diǎn)。隨著溫度控制器應(yīng)用范圍的日益廣泛和多樣,各種適用于不同場(chǎng)合的智能溫度控制器應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。針對(duì)這種實(shí)際情況,設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)溫度控制系統(tǒng),具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景與實(shí)際意義。 SCM。關(guān)鍵詞:?jiǎn)纹瑱C(jī);溫度;電阻爐; PID控制湖南科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)IIRes is tance Furnace Temperature Control Sys temBased on Single chip ComputerAbstract The resistance furnace is using the electric current through the resistance body heat generation to heating or melting of a class of materials electric stove.
