【正文】 對于三相橋式全控整流電路來說，觸發(fā)脈沖按照VT VT VTVT VTVT6 的順序，相位差依次相差 60 度，所以共陰極組的脈沖就依次相差 120 度，共陽極組的脈沖也依次相差 120 度。 另外，因為此電路要求帶反電動勢負(fù)載，且要負(fù)載連續(xù)，要求反電動勢E=60V,負(fù)載電阻 R=10Ω，電感 L 為無窮大。習(xí)慣上稱陰極連接在一起的三個晶閘管 VTVTVT5 為共陰極；陽極連接在一起的三個晶閘管VTVTVT6 為共陽極。 鑒于三相橋式全控整流電路的重要功能及廣泛應(yīng)用，因此對三相橋式可控整流電路的相關(guān)參數(shù)，不同性質(zhì)負(fù)載的工作情況進(jìn)行對比分析與研究具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義,這不僅是電力電子電路理論學(xué)習(xí)的重要一環(huán),而且對工程實踐的實際應(yīng)用具有預(yù)測和指導(dǎo)作用。與三相半波可控整流電路相比，三相橋式全控整流電路的整流輸出電壓提高一倍，輸出電壓的脈動較小，變壓器的利用率高而且沒有直流磁化問題，另外其控制快速性較好，吟哦在大容量負(fù)載供電及其他方面應(yīng)用叫廣泛。整流電路的種類廣泛：有半波整流電路、單相橋式半控整流電路、單相橋式全控整流電路、三相橋式半控整流電路、三相橋式全控整流電路等等。關(guān)鍵詞 Matlab/Simulink；三相橋式全控整流；三相橋式半控整流The Design and Simulation of Converter Based on MatlabLihonglingSchool of Physics and Electronic Information, Huai Bei Normal University, Anhui Huaibei, 235000 Abstract Threephase bridge fullcontrolled rectifier plays a stronger role day by day in electric power and electron as one of the current transformers. This paper mainly talks about building the models adopt the visual Simulink tool of Matlab based on the theory of the fullcontrolled dynamically research and simulate its output voltage , phase angle and load characteristic ,and the result suggest that this mathematical Modeling is feasible and right ,on the other side it also approves that this mathematical Modeling is fast, flexible, convenient and visualized.
