晶核不斷地相互碰撞,溶質(zhì)質(zhì)點(diǎn)會(huì)繼續(xù)一層一層在晶核表面有序排列,使小晶體不斷的變成大晶體。在一定溫度下,晶型之間可以互相轉(zhuǎn)化,并且它們的物理、化學(xué)和光學(xué)性質(zhì)稍有不同[3]。三方晶系和六方晶系之間有著密切的聯(lián)系,球霰石同時(shí)屬于這兩個(gè)晶系。 國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀在鍋爐循環(huán)水中,:垢類晶型種類顏色性質(zhì)碳酸鹽水垢霞石、方解石白色方解石堅(jiān)硬硫酸鹽水垢硬石膏、單硅鈣石黃白色或白色堅(jiān)硬、致密硅酸鹽水垢硅灰石灰白色堅(jiān)硬、致密鐵垢磁鐵垢或赤鐵垢灰黑色,磚紅色磁鐵垢疏松,赤鐵垢緊密油垢_______黑色柔軟或緊密以碳酸鈣為例,其晶型分類有球霰石型、文石型和方解石型三種同質(zhì)異晶體。通過(guò)檢測(cè)水中離子數(shù)目,水質(zhì)性能指標(biāo)變化,分析銅鋅合金、電氣石對(duì)水質(zhì)影響。因此在能源形勢(shì)緊張以及節(jié)能降耗背景下,開發(fā)一種綠色環(huán)保的阻垢技術(shù)對(duì)提高生活水平促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)具有重大意義。同時(shí),生活中坐便器與水長(zhǎng)期接觸也易生水垢,影響沖水效果,產(chǎn)生異味。全球每年用于清洗垢和結(jié)垢引起熱損失消耗方面的資金達(dá)百億美元。二者協(xié)同作用時(shí),電氣石激發(fā)水體活性,加強(qiáng)了Zn2+溶出效果,對(duì)銅鋅合金原電池反應(yīng)起到強(qiáng)化作用,使水垢晶體易向文石型碳酸鈣轉(zhuǎn)化。河 北 工 業(yè) 大 學(xué)畢 業(yè) 論 文作 者: 王輝 學(xué) 號(hào): 111967 學(xué) 院: 材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院 系(專業(yè)): 功能材料 題 目:電氣石與銅鋅合金在水中的協(xié)同機(jī)制研究指導(dǎo)者: 孟軍平 副研究員 評(píng)閱者: 2015年 6月 12日畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)中文摘要 電氣石與銅鋅合金在水中協(xié)同機(jī)制研究摘要: 本課題將銅鋅合金和電氣石與水作用,系統(tǒng)研究銅鋅合金和電氣石對(duì)水的pH、表面張力、電極電位、電導(dǎo)率等指標(biāo)的變化規(guī)律;采用鍋爐模擬裝置,研究經(jīng)銅鋅合金和電氣石處理的水結(jié)垢特點(diǎn);利用SEM、XRD等手段研究銅鋅合金與電氣石對(duì)水垢形成的微觀影響機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明800ml[Ca2+][HCO3]為500mg/, mN/,;銅鋅合金可通過(guò)形成微小的原電池反應(yīng)使溶出的Zn2+改變晶體生長(zhǎng)方向,電氣石的電極性可電解水分子,降低水分子締合度。關(guān)鍵詞:銅鋅合金 電氣石 水垢 碳酸鈣 晶體結(jié)構(gòu)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)外文摘要Title Study on the synergistic reaction of tourmaline and copper zinc alloy in WaterAbstractIn this paper, the water was treated by copperzinc alloy and tourmaline ball. The change of water parameters contain pH values, surface tension, electrode potential and conductivity was studied. The scaling characteristics of the water treated by the copperzinc alloy and tourmaline were researched by the minemade boiler simulator. The microscopic influence mechanism of scale formation was explored by SEM,XRD and etc. The results showed that the pH values of water rose from to , the surface tension was reduced to mN / m from mN / m and the electrode potential was dropped from mV to mV after treated by 10 g copperzinc alloy in 800 mL solution of 500 mg/L [Ca2+][HCO3]. Copperzinc alloy can make Zn2+ of dissolution to change the direction of crystal growth by forming the tiny primary battery reaction. The polarity of the tourmaline can electrolysis of water molecules and reduce the association degree of water molecules. When both synergies, tourmaline stimulate water activity, strengthen Zn ions stripping effect, and strengthen copperzinc alloy galvanic cell reaction.
