anisole),是染料的重要中間體對(duì)氨基苯甲醚的重要前期化合物.對(duì)硝基苯甲醚的產(chǎn)量與質(zhì)量直接影響著對(duì)氨基苯甲醚的產(chǎn)量與質(zhì)量,因此長期以來不少學(xué)者對(duì)其合成進(jìn)行了不少探討。本設(shè)計(jì)書根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求和關(guān)鍵參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了合理的工藝流程,繪制了工藝流程圖。設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)主要在:全流程物料衡算,熱量衡算,設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)與選型,流程設(shè)計(jì)及車間布置設(shè)計(jì)。
