者時(shí)鐘(RTC)能喚醒系統(tǒng);128KB 閃存;片內(nèi)配置有通用16位中央處理器(CPU)和Flash存儲(chǔ)單元,其主要特性是:使用十分方便,所以本次設(shè)計(jì)選用TI公司的MSP430作為其運(yùn)算控制模板。其在線仿真功能強(qiáng)大,能隨時(shí)觀察寄存器信息方便調(diào)試。2 系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 運(yùn)算控制模塊運(yùn)算控制模塊是整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的核心,主要完成前端電壓信號(hào)的AD轉(zhuǎn)換及分析處理,DDS的驅(qū)動(dòng)以及液晶顯示功能。電阻橋信號(hào)放大線性處理AD采樣控制器模塊MSP430F261712864液晶顯示I/V變換DDS模塊電流變送調(diào)理輸出理輸出遠(yuǎn)程 該遠(yuǎn)程受控正弦信號(hào)發(fā)生器通過穩(wěn)壓管組成簡(jiǎn)單的穩(wěn)壓電路,再通過電橋獲得和待測(cè)電阻對(duì)應(yīng)電壓信號(hào),經(jīng)放大處理再經(jīng)由電流變送傳輸至遠(yuǎn)端控制室,再經(jīng)由I/V變換和AD電路獲得采樣信號(hào),經(jīng)由功能強(qiáng)大的MSP430單片機(jī)處理,顯示獲得電壓值、電阻值,并依靠高精度的DDS輸出對(duì)應(yīng)頻率的正弦信號(hào)。軟件方面主要包括AD采樣數(shù)據(jù)處理、DDS驅(qū)動(dòng)及液晶顯示子程序等一系列子程序。因此應(yīng)該分別對(duì)各個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)并制作變送器和信號(hào)發(fā)生部分所需的電源。信號(hào)發(fā)生部分要求能夠?qū)⑤斎腚娏髁哭D(zhuǎn)換成電阻量并采用數(shù)碼顯示,顯示分辨率為5W;變換非線性度優(yōu)于2%;自行設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)所需電源供電系統(tǒng);12V電源電阻型敏感器件(10K)正弦信號(hào)發(fā)生器電源與電壓采集+4~20mA電流變送信號(hào)調(diào)理信號(hào)發(fā)生部分二線式電流變送器設(shè)計(jì)要求如下: 設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)及要求任務(wù):設(shè)計(jì)并制作二線式電流型電阻變送器控制的正弦信號(hào)發(fā)生器。相信遠(yuǎn)程受控正弦信號(hào)發(fā)生器系統(tǒng)在以后的不斷發(fā)展完善后,能為工業(yè)自動(dòng)控制及通信等領(lǐng)域做出一份貢獻(xiàn)。在12964液晶屏上顯示當(dāng)前電阻、電壓數(shù)據(jù),并通過DDS模塊輸出對(duì)應(yīng)頻率的正弦波。這正是本論文選題的主要依據(jù)。特別是對(duì)密閉容器內(nèi)易燃易爆液體溫度等信息的監(jiān)測(cè),要求滿足以下指標(biāo):高測(cè)量精度、測(cè)量探頭耐腐蝕性、系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性可靠性、系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生的電磁場(chǎng)對(duì)儲(chǔ)存物質(zhì)影響(如電磁干擾過強(qiáng)甚至有瞬間放電現(xiàn)象,容易照成易燃易爆待測(cè)物起火爆炸)、系統(tǒng)信號(hào)源數(shù)據(jù)的長距離不失真?zhèn)鬏敗kS著近些年正弦信號(hào)發(fā)生器在儀表檢測(cè)、通信領(lǐng)域的使用率逐漸提高,對(duì)檢測(cè)器件的精度及可靠性要求也越來越高。通過對(duì)研發(fā)領(lǐng)域先進(jìn)技術(shù)的研究分析,遵照高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求研發(fā)一套高精度、高穩(wěn)定性系統(tǒng)。s stability and the electromagnetic field’s influence to storage material which generated during the operation of the system and the signal data transmission stability and so on. Therefore, a simple and effective solution is imperative.This dissertation based on microcontroller MSP430F2617,it’s used to detection the data and control each module’s work .It’s the bination of the towwire system current mode resistance transmitting instrument ,I/V module,AD sampling, digital display scope and liquid crystal display ’s gets signal of amplification from resistancebridge, and then it is transmitted by the towwire instrument via the amplifier and transmission 。通過電阻橋獲得電阻對(duì)應(yīng)電壓差值,經(jīng)放大及消除非線性后交由電流變送模塊轉(zhuǎn)化為電流信號(hào)做遠(yuǎn)距離傳輸;在控制端由I/V模塊將電流信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為電壓信號(hào)以便交由AD模塊采樣后送單片機(jī);再由單片機(jī)根據(jù)采樣值控制DDS產(chǎn)生與獲得電阻對(duì)應(yīng)頻率的正弦信號(hào)輸出,并在液晶屏顯示采得電阻值。本設(shè)計(jì)采用MSP430F2617作為系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)和控制核心,實(shí)現(xiàn)各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、處理以及輸出顯示。特別是在某些存在易燃易爆物品的特定場(chǎng)所,在保證測(cè)量精度同時(shí),還要考慮信號(hào)發(fā)生系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行產(chǎn)生的電磁場(chǎng)對(duì)儲(chǔ)存物質(zhì)影響以及信號(hào)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸穩(wěn)定性等問題。摘 要 隨著高新技術(shù)尤其是電子信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和工業(yè)自動(dòng)檢測(cè)控制水平及需要的不斷提高,越來越多的檢測(cè)器及正弦信號(hào)發(fā)生器進(jìn)入到生產(chǎn)及工程、儀表測(cè)量、自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)和教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)等領(lǐng)域,同時(shí)因?yàn)槠涑杀镜汀⑹褂梅奖?、頻率和幅值可調(diào)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在雷達(dá)系統(tǒng)、航空航天系統(tǒng)、通信系統(tǒng)中也得到廣泛應(yīng)用。但在某些條件苛刻的地方,依靠集成器件構(gòu)成的正弦信號(hào)發(fā)生器的信號(hào)產(chǎn)生以及信號(hào)傳輸都很容易受到干擾,這給開發(fā)人員造成了很大困擾。因此,一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單有效的解決方案勢(shì)在必行。系統(tǒng)由電壓信號(hào)采集、信號(hào)調(diào)理、二線式電流變送模塊、電流轉(zhuǎn)電壓模塊、AD采樣模塊、穩(wěn)壓電源、DDS模塊、以及液晶顯示等組成。關(guān)鍵詞:正弦信號(hào)發(fā)生器 電流變送 I/V變換 DDSAbstractWith the rapid development of high and new technology, especially the electronic information technology and the industrial automatic detection control level and need greatly improving, more and more detectors and sine signal generators have applied into production and engineering, the meter measuring, automatic control system and teaching experiment, etc, and at the same time because of its low cost, easy to use, frequency and amplitude can be adjusted and other advantages, in a radar system, aviation system,and munication system is also widely used.
