【正文】 optical fiber munication systems.In order to design an optical receiver which meets the performance requirements and has a simple structure, we analyze and design the preamplifier and limiting amplifier in detail, and we use the circuit simulation software Pspice for transimpedance type preamplifier’s DC analysis, AC analysis and temperature analysis. We also design and simulate unit circuit of limiting amplifier.
