【正文】 勢(shì)和良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。因此,鋼與有色金屬的連接具有十分重要的意義。鋁、銅、鎳、鈦等有色金屬具有良好的耐蝕性、較高的比強(qiáng)度以及在低溫下能保持良好力學(xué)性能等特點(diǎn),在航空、汽車、電工、化工、國(guó)防等工業(yè)部門被廣泛采用。關(guān)鍵詞:低合金鋼、MIG釬焊、裂紋、組織特征。但是,仍存在一定的焊接缺陷,如:裂紋、氣孔等。利用金相分析等手段,觀測(cè)了母材及接頭的組織分布和特征。本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用MIG焊的方法在16Mn鋼板上焊一層鋁銅合金底層(起到釬焊中焊劑的作用)。材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院 (綜合實(shí)驗(yàn)研究)課題題目:鋁銅合金MIG焊工藝及焊縫組織特征鋁銅合金MIG焊工藝及焊縫組織特征摘要:本文針對(duì)合金鋼與鋁合金MIG釬焊的可行性,MIG焊的原理和操作方法及工藝以及釬焊的焊縫組織特征進(jìn)行了研究。由于低合金鋼與鋁合金的熱膨脹系數(shù)相差巨大且直接焊接時(shí)容易產(chǎn)生脆性組織,所以鋁合金無(wú)法直接與低合金鋼進(jìn)行焊接。然后,在鋁銅合金層上焊接鋁合金。結(jié)果表明:采用鋁銅合金做為“釬劑”可以實(shí)現(xiàn)低合金鋼和鋁合金焊接,并得到不錯(cuò)的焊縫組織特征。需要改進(jìn)焊接參數(shù),選擇更合適的焊絲。 Aluminum alloy MIG welding process and weld microstructure characteristicsAbstract: Based on the low carbon steel and aluminum alloy MIG welding feasibility, the principle and the method of operation and process as well as brazing weld microstructure characteristics of. Because of the low carbon steel and aluminum alloy thermal expansion coefficient varies greatly and directly welding is easy to produce the brittleness of the tissue, so the aluminum alloy welding can not be directly and low carbon steel. This experiment uses the MIG welding method in 16Mn steel plate welding layer of AlCu alloy layer (played in the role of brazing flux ). Then, in AlCu alloy layer on the welding of aluminum alloy. Use of metallographic examination, observation the mother material and joint tissue distribution and characteristics. The results show that : the use of AlCu alloy as the flux can realize low carbon steel and aluminum alloy welding, and good weld microstructure characteristics. However, there are still some welding defects, such as cracks, pores.
