With the expediting of IT velocity, the monitoring configuration software will give play to more important function.The present situation and development of the configuration software both at home and abroad was firstly introduced. The basic operation theory of the monitoring configuration software of industrial process was described. The thinking and method of system monitoring software based on MCGS (Monitor and Control Generated System) were introduced in details. Combining the requirement of the project, the configuration monitoring software of the system was designed. The functional design of modals such as graphic interface, tendency graph, report forms design, I/O variable setting and alarming interface and etc. were acplished. At the same time, the III / 62connecting munication for MCGS with the below machine PLC was studied. Finally, the testing and running for the designed monitoring configuration software were done. The man machine dialogue of the whole system is convenient. The construction of the system is flexible. 的雙容水箱液位監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)設計摘要監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件是面向監(jiān)控與數(shù)據(jù)采集的軟件平臺工具,利用它可以快速、方便的構(gòu)造和生成上位機監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),極大的縮短工業(yè)監(jiān)控軟件的開發(fā)周期,提高開發(fā)效率。隨著信息化速度的加快,監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件將發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。結(jié)合課題的需求,設計了本系統(tǒng)的組態(tài)式監(jiān)控軟件,完成了圖形界面、趨勢圖、報表設計、I/O 變量設置及報警界面等模塊的功能設計,并對 MCGS 與下位機 PLC 的聯(lián)接通訊進行了研究,最后,對設計的監(jiān)控組態(tài)軟件進行了測試和運行,整個系統(tǒng)人機對話方便,系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成靈活,驗證了所設計的監(jiān)控軟件的有效性。用戶自己或者委托第三方開發(fā)的HMI應用軟件,其開發(fā)時間長,效率低;或者購買專用的封閉系統(tǒng),很難與外界數(shù)據(jù)進行交互,升級受到嚴重限制,往往不能滿足用戶需求。組態(tài) (Configuration)又稱配置,是指使用預定的組件和功能模塊,生成最終應用系統(tǒng)的過程。組態(tài)軟件(Configuration Software)是數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的專用軟件,以靈活多樣的組態(tài)方式(而不是編程方式),為用戶提供友好的二次開發(fā)界面,將高性能的工控計算機和網(wǎng)絡技術結(jié)合起來,向控制層和管理層提供軟件和硬件接口,進行系統(tǒng)集成,其預制的軟件模塊便于實現(xiàn)工業(yè)現(xiàn)場數(shù)據(jù)采集和系統(tǒng)監(jiān)控。隨著社會進步和信息化速度的加快,組態(tài)軟件將贏得巨大的市場空間。2
