Automotive sensor as the key parts of automobile electronic control system is the modern automobile development, dominant and core. This paper mainly studies the sensor in automotive engine control systems, chassis electronic control system, vehicle antitheft system and sensor in automobile safety airbag application, so as to understand the sensors in the modern automotive industry 39。s eyes, it will be a variety of automotive information accurately to the people, let people understand the car working condition and various kinds of information, in order to ensure driving safety. Automotive sensor in the car is mainly used for engine control systems, chassis control system, control system and navigation system. Engine control system with sensor is the core of automotive sensor, due to environmental protection, fuel consumption and the legal requirements continue to strictly, make the engine more and more plex, the engine electronic control system performance will be a corresponding increase, which requires increasing amount and the precision of sensor. Automotive engine control sensors in engine generates heat, vibration, the gasoline vapor and tire sludge generated and a splash of water and other harsh working environment. Therefore, sensor for auto engine pared to the normal sensor, its resistance to harsh environment of the technical indicators are an order of magnitude higher. A good chassis electronic control system can improve the adhesion between the wheels and the ground state, thereby improving the safety of automobile, power and fort.
