【正文】 simulates the preparation of bidding document in the context of an international construction project set in China. Section one, which is the preparation of technical bid, prises of chapter one to three。 section three is the mercial part of the bidding document, which is formed by chapter five and six. Through the preparation of these three parts, I studied the preparation process of bidding document for international construction project, the calculation of bid price, bidding strategy and bid price analysis, etc. Bidding for international construction project is a very plicated process, which not only requires sound professional knowledge, but also the consideration of the local situation to e up with a rational bid price. In addition, a well developed bidding strategy is the key to withstand risks and increase profitability.
