Willful Misconduct 故意瀆職Willful Misconduct: shall mean, a reckless and wanton or intentional and conscious disregard of a manifest duty arising from any provision of the Contract by the CONTRACTOR’S and/or plug and abandon such well(s) as COMPANY requires hereunder, including, but not limited to, four (4) firm well(s) at onshore locations (hereinafter referred to as the Area of Operations) in the Arab Republic of Egypt, to be designated by the COMPANY or COMPANY’S assignee
