年版國家電網(wǎng)公司縣城電網(wǎng)建設(shè)與改造技術(shù)導(dǎo)則來實(shí)施。如今,這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)早已顯得有些過時(shí),既不符合技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展形勢(shì),又不滿足電力生產(chǎn)需要。計(jì)算機(jī)和通訊技術(shù)的更新?lián)Q代速度很快,過早和過多購買主站設(shè)備都會(huì)導(dǎo)致投資失敗。2)
