【正文】 Abstract：This design plan puts to use various sorts of landscape gardening prehensively, and bines with professional knowledge about aesthetics of the garden, garden project, architecture, ecology, etc. With the design idea of designing and bining nature, a flat roof whose designing resistance(load) is out of 350kg/m2 is wtilized and goes on constructing landscape through every technical treatments. The result is that: it makes a criginally dull unpeculiar retangular space show a kind of plain quiet, graceful style, strengthens uriginal space of roof penetrating power, gives somebody spacious, bright sense, and creates a living space with beautiful surroundings for the owner.Key words: Landscape Architecture；Design plan；Roof garden；Waterproof layer1 花園概述 屋頂花園是指在各類建筑物的頂部（包括屋頂、樓頂、露臺(tái)或陽臺(tái)）載植花草樹木，建造各種園林小品所形成的綠地，即稱之為屋頂花園。 現(xiàn)狀 國外在20世紀(jì)60年代以后，相繼建造各類規(guī)模的屋頂花園和屋頂綠化工程如美國華盛頓水門飯店屋頂花園、美國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)石油公司屋頂花園、英國愛爾蘭人壽中心屋頂花園、加拿大溫哥華凱澤資源大樓屋頂花園、日本同志社女子大學(xué)圖書館屋頂花園等，這些與建筑設(shè)計(jì)統(tǒng)一建在屋頂?shù)幕▓@，多數(shù)是在大型公共建筑和居住建筑的屋頂或天臺(tái)，向天空展開。如：香港太古城天臺(tái)花園、廣州東方賓館屋頂花園，廣州白天鵝賓館的室內(nèi)屋頂花園、上海華亭賓館屋頂花園、重慶泉外樓等，有的城市已把城市樓群的屋頂作為新的綠源。2 設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù)、原則 依據(jù) 該設(shè)計(jì)方案主要根據(jù)國家和地方有關(guān)
