、 推進(jìn) 現(xiàn)代建筑 產(chǎn)業(yè)化，制定本規(guī)程。 本規(guī)程由遼寧省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳歸口管理，由 沈陽(yáng)建筑大學(xué) 負(fù)責(zé)解釋。 本規(guī)程在參考 國(guó)外 KSI 住宅建筑體系 相關(guān)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上
