When I was exhausted from the training, Nikolai was indifferent to my pain and urged me to go on skiing. When I stopped training, I revisited Nikolai, realizing that from my earth, quiet, indissolublebond with Nikolai, I had gained a lot and known the Olympic standard for love: to have the courage, heart, discipline to persist, and to have gratitude in advance for a century of life on.
