Key word： BIM； Building information model； management 華中科技大學(xué)文華學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 1 1 緒論 BIM 的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展 美國(guó) BIM 的發(fā)展 BIM 是從美國(guó)發(fā)展起來(lái)，逐漸擴(kuò)展到歐美、日本，新加坡等發(fā)達(dá)。在美國(guó)，凡是政府投資項(xiàng)目必須全面應(yīng)用 BIM。 香港房屋公署規(guī) 定， 2020 年以后所有政府投資項(xiàng)目都要求采用 BIM 信息模型。 BIM協(xié)會(huì)和香港理工大學(xué)正在努力開展 BIM 的延伸應(yīng)用，研究 BIM 的成本管理、計(jì)劃管理和后期物業(yè)管理。建筑事業(yè)是一項(xiàng)集體“運(yùn)動(dòng)”， BIM 的出現(xiàn)正在改變項(xiàng)目參與各方的協(xié)作方式，使每個(gè)人都能提高生產(chǎn)效率并獲得收益。 開展 BIM 的必要性 中國(guó)開展 BIM 的必
