算及輔助設(shè)備的計算選型。說明書主要包括 合成氨脫硫 的 工藝流程 ,脫硫工藝的發(fā)展;建廠可行性分析;全廠總平面布置說明;吸收工段 的 工藝計算設(shè)計及說明。在這一部分中用到了物料衡算、熱量衡算及其大量的相關(guān)的經(jīng)驗公式。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 硫, 塔設(shè)計 , 生產(chǎn)工藝 Design chemical plant of 100 ton a year for dioscin ( The key parts of the design are rectification workshop) II ABSTRACT Design chemical plant of 100 ton a year for dioscin, which use Dioscorea zingiberensis as material. The key parts of the design are the technologic calculation of rectifier in rectification workshop and the selection of type of its assistant equipment. The design includes two parts : instruction and blueprint. The instruction mainly includes the method of the extract of dioscin and the process flow。 the instruction of plane arrangement of the whole plant 。 design of nontechnology parts: the project of water supply, heating, draught, lighting, safety, sanitation, antisepsis, the disposal of pollution, environmental protection, the economic guidelines of technique. The main parts of the instruction are technologic calculation of the rectifier in rectification workshop and the selection of type of its assistant equipment , and in these parts , material balance and heat balance calculation and lots of experiential formulas are used as references. Blueprints include production flow chart, ichnography of the whole plant , ichnography of the rectification workshop ,the solid blueprint of the rectification workshop , the blueprint of structure of the rectifier.
