【正文】 System PCB platemaking process, PCB circuit board on the production of finished products, including PCB layout, wiring, tears and copper clad。論文論述了該課題的硬件設(shè)計(jì)部分,其中重點(diǎn)論述了結(jié)合系統(tǒng)各功能及系統(tǒng)原理,初步構(gòu)想原理圖,電路原理論證之后,通過 Altium Designer 軟件進(jìn)行特殊器件的原理圖庫(kù)文件的繪制,PCB 封裝制作以及原理圖的繪制;論述系統(tǒng) PCB 制板流程,制作成品 PCB 電路板,其中包括 PCB 的布局,布線,淚滴和覆銅;最后通過焊接、調(diào)試完成系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì)最終實(shí)現(xiàn)印刷板的制作及各功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。該課題通過單片機(jī),LCD1602 液晶顯示屏,測(cè)量電路設(shè)計(jì)等,研制了一套“電容測(cè)試系統(tǒng)”
