【正文】 從軟件方面都有了較大的發(fā)展,出現(xiàn)了STD總線工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)、VME總線工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)等,出現(xiàn)了工業(yè)控制組態(tài)軟件包,用戶可自己組態(tài),組成自己的控制系統(tǒng)。我國(guó)工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)從20世紀(jì)60年代初開始,經(jīng)歷了近40年的歷史,從晶體管工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)到中小規(guī)模集成電路工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī),以及今天的大規(guī)模集成電路工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī),經(jīng)歷了三代的變化,體積越來越小,功能越來越強(qiáng)。在這種情況下,工業(yè)控制計(jì)算機(jī)及其系統(tǒng)伴隨著這種需求而日新月異地發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞:數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),工控機(jī),組態(tài)王,VC++Design of Data Acquisition System Based on IPCAbstract: Data acquisition systems are used to acquire analog signals from one or more sources and convert these signals into digital form for analysis or transmission by end devices such as digital puters, recorders, or munications networks. The analog signal inputs to data acquisition systems are most often generated from sensors and transducers which convert realworld parameters such as pressure, temperature, stress or strain, flow, etc., into equivalent electrical signals. The electrically equivalent signals are then converted by the data acquisition system and are then utilized by the end devices in digital form. The ability of the system to preserve signal accuracy and integrity is the main measure of the quality of the system.When the data is measured and controlled with industrial control puter, the data that had been input into the industrial control puter must be output out of industrial control puter. The powerful DAQ board can realizes the input and output of various signals.
