【正文】 第一章 數(shù)控車床簡介圖11數(shù)控機床及由數(shù)控機床組成的柔性化制造系統(tǒng)是改造傳統(tǒng)機械加工裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)、構(gòu)建數(shù)字化企業(yè)的重要基礎(chǔ)，它的發(fā)展一直備受人們關(guān)注。對CA6140機床進行改造，可以增加機床的壽命周期，資源的充分利用。數(shù)控技術(shù)開創(chuàng)了機電一體化發(fā)展的先河，數(shù)控技術(shù)成為先進制造技術(shù)中的重要組成部分。使數(shù)控機床按照操作設(shè)計要求，加工出需要的零件。通過系統(tǒng)控制軟件與硬件的配合，完成對進給坐標控制、主軸控制、刀具控制、輔助功能控制等。 機床數(shù)控系統(tǒng)，即計算機數(shù)字控制(CNC)系統(tǒng)是在傳統(tǒng)的硬件數(shù)控(NC)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的。具有高精度，高效率，柔性自動化等特點決定了今后發(fā)展數(shù)控機床是我國機械制造業(yè)技術(shù)改造的必由之路，是工廠自動化的基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞：數(shù)控機床，CA6140車床的主傳動系統(tǒng)，數(shù)控改造 ABSTRACTCNC machine production in China for growth, the numerical control machine tool in the processing precision, automation degree, production efficiency, and the intensity of labor and other aspects have inparable advantage over conventional machine tools, but buy new numerical control machine especially large nc machine tools high cost, often makes many users hope tags, especially as developing countries like China limited funding.
