【正文】 精度、攜帶方便等特點(diǎn)，把所測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)保存在單片機(jī)里，然后通過(guò) LCD 顯示。本設(shè)計(jì)采用 Keil51 為仿真平臺(tái)，設(shè)計(jì)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)軟件包括主程序模塊、顯示模塊、電容測(cè)試模塊和電感測(cè)試模塊。 關(guān)鍵詞： MCS51 單片機(jī)； Keil51 仿真平臺(tái)；電容；電感； LCD Abstract With the development of electronic industry, electronic ponents rapidly increased the scope of electronic ponents bees more and more popularin the application,we often measured the size of the inductor and ,the design of reliable,safe,has a great practical necessity capacitance inductance tester convenient. This paper analyzes the method to measure the capacitance and inductance of the principle and measure the frequency of SCM,the system design of capacitance and inductance measurement using MCS51 microcontroller as the core of the oscillation circuit capacitance and inductance using the corresponding frequency into the measurement parameters to achieve instrument has the characteristics of low power consumption,high precision,easy to carry,the measured data is stored in the microcontroller,and thenthrough the LED capacitance is generated by the 555 multivibrator circuit,but the inductance is generated according to the three point design uses Keil51 as the simulation platform,the design of the measurement system software consists of main program module,display module,test module capacitance and inductance test test results show that the design of stable performance,high measurement precision.
