【正文】 This type is a pletely mechanical design, having many advangtages such as small size, reliable funct ion, and short production cycle as well as adjusting the product size conveniently for the operation adjustment. What’s more, it can not only join in the production line for line process, it can also undertake a small amount of production for a single kind. Therefore it has a lot of practical significance to the actual production. Key words: Carton former。紙板輸送定位后，紙板隨上可換沖頭運(yùn)動(dòng)，先彎折帶有紙舌兩側(cè)的紙板，然后進(jìn)行紙舌彎折涂膠，最后進(jìn)行另外兩 側(cè)紙板的彎折同時(shí)與經(jīng)過(guò)表面涂膠的紙舌粘貼，成型完成后紙盒隨下可換沖壓頭在彈簧作用力下返回至成型初始位置，在進(jìn)行下一張紙板輸送的同時(shí)完成出料過(guò)程，通過(guò)協(xié)調(diào)各部分之間的運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)間關(guān)系完成在各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)周期內(nèi)的一次紙盒成型。 青島農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué) 畢 業(yè) 論 文 （ 設(shè)計(jì) ） 題 目： 紙盒成型機(jī)設(shè)計(jì) 姓 名： 學(xué) 院： 機(jī)電工程學(xué)院
