【正文】 層 技術(shù) 是最早用于開發(fā)稠油的熱力采油技術(shù) [1]。 這說明稠油對加熱降粘的規(guī)律性是一致的 , 這 也是稠油熱采的主要機(jī)理。 稠油粘度雖高 , 但對溫度極為 敏感 , 每增加 10℃ ,粘度即下降約一半。 為此 , 各國均有針對性地加強(qiáng)了稠油開采的技術(shù)研發(fā) 。 因此 , 稠油的開采具有很大的潛力 , 而且隨著輕質(zhì)油開采儲量的減少 , 21 世紀(jì)開采稠油所占的比重將會不斷增大。 稠油資源豐富的國家有加拿大 、 委內(nèi)瑞拉 、 美國 、 俄羅斯 、中國 、 印度尼西亞等 , 其重油及瀝青砂資源約為 4000108~ 6000108m3( 含 預(yù)測資源量 ) , 稠油年產(chǎn)量高達(dá) 127108t 以上。 關(guān)鍵詞: 水平井 ;火燒油層;效率;完井技術(shù) 西南石油大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) (論文) II Abstract InSitu Combustion as thermal recovery an important part of many methods, is improve the recovery of a kind of characteristic process means. It is the mining characteristics of any single a mining method doesn’t have. In the process of the development of InSitu Combustion technology, the traditional InSitu Combustion technology because its producing method, make recovery limited to rise further. Meanwhile, traditional InSitu Combustion technology production methods of instability to InSitu Combustion well pletion technology research brings about many problems. With vertical wellshorizontal wells and horizontal wellshorizontal wells of horizontal bination gravity discharge of auxiliary principle of new technology proposed overe traditional InSitu Combustion technology has many problems, further improve the recovery. Because of this new technology can be stable production, the InSitu Combustion well pletion technology research brought convenient. This paper focus on the gravity of the principle of discharge of oil reservoir technology, through the research of ignition, temperature, corrosion, and sanding factors, bined with the modern InSitu Combustion technology development trend, obtain corresponding pletion needs, again according to the needs of the well pletion technology is analyzed and the optimization study, so as to find the most suitable well pletion technology to improve the fire flooding development efficiency. For the implementation of the InSitu Combustion technology to provide the reference.
