WinCC PID 北京化工大學(xué)繼續(xù)教育學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) III Abstract With the programmable logical controller( PLC) increasingly improve and strengthen the control and munication functions, in order to reduce costs, save development time, while at the same time meet the control requirements, many enterprises often use PLC to achieve the subordinate control , with upper monitoring software WinCC to achieve the upper control management while establish the control system. In such a context , the article pleted the design of the bottling production line control system based on PLC , which focus on the study of the flow closedloop control , realized a certain proportion of mixture of the feed flow . In the bottling production line , the synthesis and mixture of several materials is a very mon process, automatic control device for perfect is an important means to improve the production efficiency and economic benefits . The flow closedloop control of filling production line system consists of a flow testing sensor , electric control valve , variable speed pump , frequency converter , PLC and monitoring devices and other ponents . Using the Siemens S7300PLC to achieve closedloop control , with the WinCC software to plete monitoring in the PC machine , and through PID operation control the opening degree of the electric control valve to achieve closedloop control of the flow .
