Not only in the text lists several coating equipment monly used in the sample holder, also introduced several new sample holder. Keywords: evaporation coating specimen holder Relative position合肥工業(yè)大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì):真空蒸發(fā)鍍膜樣品架設(shè)計(jì) 1 1 緒 論 真空鍍膜的意義 真空鍍膜技術(shù)是真空應(yīng)用技術(shù)的重要組成部分,是一項(xiàng)綜合的、應(yīng)用范圍很廣的先進(jìn)技術(shù),是許多前沿學(xué)科發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)之一,同時(shí)也是當(dāng)今信息時(shí)代中許多高新技術(shù)發(fā)展必不可少的手段。用真空鍍膜技術(shù)代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的電鍍工藝,不但能節(jié)省大量的膜材和降低能耗,而且還會(huì)消除濕法鍍膜中所產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境污染 。在機(jī)械制造工業(yè)中,真空鍍膜工藝用于改變某些加工工藝和節(jié)約貴重的原材料,再如汽車制造業(yè)中采用塑料制品金屬化零件代替各種金屬零件,即減輕了汽車的重量又節(jié)約了燃油的消耗。而作為室內(nèi)熱源的紅外輻射又不能通過玻璃輻射出去,這在高緯度地區(qū)也可以達(dá)到保溫節(jié)能的目的。 真空鍍膜技術(shù)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展 從中國(guó)的真空鍍膜技術(shù)及設(shè)備的發(fā)展歷史來看,是從 20 世紀(jì) 60 年代開始的 ,從無到有,從模仿設(shè)計(jì)、自行研制到技術(shù)引進(jìn),并在技術(shù)引進(jìn)
