【正文】 021 年英國(guó)《我們能源的未來(lái)：創(chuàng)建低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)》白皮書(shū)中提出，當(dāng)時(shí)的定義是： 通過(guò)更少的自然資源消耗和更少的環(huán)境污染物排放，獲得更多的經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)出，低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)是創(chuàng)造更高生活水準(zhǔn)和更好生活質(zhì)量的途徑，為發(fā)展、應(yīng)用和輸出先進(jìn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)造機(jī)會(huì)，也創(chuàng)造新的商機(jī)和更多的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。人們不僅贊嘆這些產(chǎn)品技術(shù)之高超，還對(duì)本次世博會(huì)主辦方對(duì) 某些新提議、新思路贊許有加。 本次世博會(huì)的主題是“城市，讓生活更美好”。s livelihood is getting increasingly affluent, people39。在近幾年的部分相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上，“低碳生活”的方案被多次拿來(lái)討論，并已經(jīng)在某些國(guó)家進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)，這對(duì)我們開(kāi)展相關(guān) 項(xiàng)目有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。這些變化從目前來(lái)看已經(jīng)威脅到了人類(lèi)的生存，所以有部分 科學(xué)家已經(jīng)對(duì)這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。上海世博會(huì)與低碳生活 摘要： 自從上世紀(jì) 70 年代以來(lái)， 隨著世界秩序逐漸步入正規(guī)，人民生活日益富足， 人們 對(duì)于物質(zhì)和精神上的需求越來(lái)越 大，開(kāi)始對(duì)自然社會(huì)資源進(jìn)行無(wú)限制的開(kāi)發(fā) 。這些行為致使 環(huán)境破壞日益嚴(yán)重 ，從而引起全球氣候的異常，形如“溫室效應(yīng)”、“海平面上升”等一系列新名詞應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。他們發(fā)現(xiàn)這些問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生和碳的排放有密切關(guān)系。 關(guān)鍵詞： 低碳經(jīng)濟(jì) ， 低碳生活 ，全球氣候變化 Shanghai World Expo and Lowcarbon Life Abstract: Since the 1970s, with the world order gradually getting into formal, people39。s demands in material and spirit are getting larger and larger, and people begin to unrestrictedly develop natural and social resources.
