In this paper, by the using of plate heat exchanger heat transfer mechanism the development of plate heat exchanger and applications are briefly carried out the plate heat exchanger thermal calculation and resistance calculations, and designed the basic structure of the plate heat exchanger such as the frameworks, structure and processes binations to meet the verification it determined the parallel flow plate heat exchanger with 149 of the plates and bined with Auto CAD drawing parts diagram and assembly drawings.
