People are able to make online shopping, online dating, online emerce, work marketing and so on. In the face of powerful work functions, must in some way to have a sound system to make work play incisively and vividly. On the platform, BBS provides a brandnew way of human munication. Now BBS has bee an important place for people to obtain information, ments, and it is posed of BBS registered users have published a large number of topics. This paper discusses the on B/S architecture, using ASP + ACCESS technology, implements a simple BBS system design and development, and discuss in detail the BBS reception function module of thinking and implementation method in detail, and the background database for the detail of the key technologies and part of the source code.
